Rates are standard rates per person and night. Please always send an inquiry – depending on season, house, number of guests and length of stay they may differ.

Good to know
Cleaning: In addition to the nightly rate, a mandatory cleaning fee of €10.00 per person per week applies. This fee covers interim cleaning during the stay, final cleaning after departure, as well as the cleaning and regular change of bed linen. For longer stays, bed linen is generally changed every 14 days. No separate bed linen package is charged.
Long stays: The “from 3 weeks” rate applies to continuous stays that include the weekend.
VAT: All rates include 7% statutory VAT.
Bath towels: Large bath towels can be provided on request for €5.00 each.
Early check-in: Earlier arrival from 1:00 pm is available only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. A surcharge of 20% of the regular nightly rate applies.
Late check-out: Late check-out is available only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Unless an individual arrangement has been agreed, we charge 30% of the regular nightly rate until 1:00 pm, 60% until 3:00 pm, and 100% after 3:00 pm. Individually agreed flat-rate charges remain unaffected.
- Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi via fibre – suitable for video conferencing and streaming.
- Bed linen: The beds are freshly made up on arrival. For longer stays, bed linen is generally changed every 14 days. No separate bed linen package is charged; laundering of the bed linen is covered by the mandatory cleaning fee.
- Kitchen use: Every room has its own fridge.
- Kitchen equipment: Pots, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and hob.
- Bathrooms: Daylight bathrooms, some with accessible features.
- Utilities: Water, heating, electricity and waste disposal.
- Parking: Parking available at the house.
- Barbecue: Charcoal barbecue facilities available.
- Towels: Guest towels and kitchen towels are provided.
- Initial supplies: Washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, hand soap and toilet paper.
- Tea & spices: Complimentary selection available.
- Laundry: Access to the laundry room (coin operated, €1).
- Dog accessories: Dog bowl and accessories when dog accommodation has been agreed for Holiday House “Zum Burgfried”.
- Pets: 1–2 dogs are permitted in Holiday House “Zum Burgfried” by prior arrangement. A one-off dog fee of €40.00 per stay applies.
- Non-smoking: All accommodation is non-smoking.
- Swept clean: The accommodation must be left swept clean on departure.
- No party venue: Parties and similar events are not permitted; statutory quiet hours apply.
- Maximum occupancy: Only the people listed in the booking may stay, up to the stated maximum occupancy.
- Electric vehicles: Charging electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles using the electrical connections at our accommodation is not permitted. A public charging station is located a short distance away. View the public charging station.
- Deposit: We currently charge no deposit but reserve the right to do so.
- We accept prepayment by bank transfer only.
- Cash payment on site may be possible by prior arrangement.
- Debit/credit cards and cheques are not accepted.
- A booking is binding as soon as it is requested by the guest and confirmed by us – including verbally or by telephone.
- For cancellations, no-shows or early departure, the cancellation terms set out in our Terms and Conditions apply.
